Recommendations:
Phase 1 - Main Hospital Buildings' interior retrofitting for adaptive reuse roof, structural health, aesthetic and safety features - where various forms improvements were made.
Phase 1 - Sea Wall reestablishment - begun professional engineering consultant request for proposal and initial assessment (works scheduled for Phase 2).
Phase 1 - Rebuilding of the Old Clinic Building,
Phase 1 - Restoration reconstruction of two Ruin Buildings.
